Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review stock level and ensure timely replenishment with adherence to procedures.
• Ensure availability of promotional materials and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Safeguard stock as custodian of the safe and ensure secure storage.
• Follow stock control policies and conduct regular inventory checks with high accuracy.
• Communicate inventory results to boutique management and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure proper acceptance procedures for all delivered stock and accurate labeling.
• Coordinate with brand manager on special orders and parts deliveries.
• Manage stock reservation requests and deposits per company policy.
• Oversee price changes and tagging/labelling as required.
• Accurately input stock movements in POS system per policy.
