Job description

Chalhoub Group is actively recruiting detail-oriented Boutique Stock Controllers to manage high-value inventory, process luxury deliveries, and maintain organized back-of-house operations across premium fashion stores.

Daily Boutique Tasks:

• Receive daily shipment boxes from the central delivery trucks and unpack luxury garments very carefully to avoid any fabric tears.
• Attach digital security tags to expensive leather bags and scan them correctly into the boutique's main computer system.
• Provide the correct shoe sizes quickly to the sales team on the shop floor while VIP customers are waiting inside the fitting rooms.
• Count all the unsold items in the backroom every week to make sure the physical stock matches the digital records perfectly.

Rules for Selection:

• Organization: The candidate must keep the stockroom very neat so the sales staff can easily find specific dress colors during busy weekends.
• Carefulness: Handling delicate silk dresses or soft leather wallets requires clean hands and extreme attention to detail.
• Tech Skills: A basic understanding of retail scanner guns and inventory management software is highly necessary for this role.
