In this role, you will manage cash at the POS, handle payments, and maintain immaculate store standards. You’ll stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and fashion trends to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth and provide excellent service.

• Handle cash/payments and issue receipts through the POS.
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promotions consistently.
• Maintain grooming, store displays, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
