Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to deliver outstanding service and build relationships with key customers. You will identify needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure store standards are maintained to meet sales targets.

The role requires high school qualification and 3–4 years of retail sales or customer service experience, with a passion for fashion and luxury retail in the GCC region.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
• Identify customer needs through asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; cross-sell where appropriate.
• Handle payments securely and issue receipts for purchases.
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and keep up with fashion trends and promotions.
• Maintain personal grooming to store standards as directed by the Store Manager.
• Keep the display, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Store Manager when replenishment is needed.
• Follow company policies including refunds, exchanges, security, and safety guidelines.
• Recruit customers for the database by accurately entering their details into the POS system.
• Minimize stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting rooms.
