Job summary

HRsource is seeking a Retail Merchandiser for an established international luxury house. The role involves close collaboration with product, retail and commercial teams to drive merchandising decisions in a high-end environment.

You will visit boutiques regularly, analyze sales and inventory, and provide guidance to strengthen commercial performance while maintaining luxury client expectations.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in retail merchandising, buying or assortment planning.
• Luxury fashion experience preferred and strong product knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with retail reporting and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication with boutique teams across multiple locations.
• Organised, commercially curious and able to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to seasonal merchandising plans aligned with priorities and collection strategy.
• Review boutique performance and identify opportunities to boost sales and sell‑through.
• Analyse sales trends and inventory to inform allocation, replenishment and orders.
• Collaborate with retail teams to translate client preferences into product decisions.
• Monitor new collections and deliveries; recommend timely actions.
• Support launches and commercial initiatives across the retail network.
• Prepare meaningful commercial analyses highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Maintain balance between product availability and inventory exposure.
• Build strong relationships with retail management and internal stakeholders.
• Provide product and merchandising guidance to boutique teams.
