Job summary

Prada Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Retail Merchandiser to analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer profiles through regular store visits. You will collaborate with the Central Retail Merchandiser, Product Committee, and Controlling to prepare the Master Order and the regional sales budget, ensuring stock levels meet demand and brand standards.

Experience in luxury retail or fashion merchandising is preferred.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to forecast demand.

Responsibilities

Analyse market characteristics, including fashion trends, competitor positioning, and customer profiles, through regular store visits.
Collaborate with the Central Retail Merchandiser and Product Committee to prepare the Master Order for the assigned area and product category.
Prepare the sales budget for the region in cooperation with the Controlling Department.
Maintain regular contact with stores to identify issues and update sales staff on product features and selling points.
Provide timely feedback on customer responses to collections, including fit and defects.
Monitor sales performance across the area using company reporting tools.
Coordinate with Store Managers and Area Managers to align sales with stock levels.
Participate in all Visual Merchandising activities from initial planning to replanning.
Collaborate with Visual Display team to ensure in-store displays align with sales objectives and collection concepts.
Support and supervise team members in daily activities.
