Al Tayer Insignia in Dubai seeks a Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years post-qualification experience to join its finance team. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring IFRS compliance and timely year-end closing.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and the ability to analyze complex financial data under tight deadlines. Experience with international accounting practices and a proactive approach to process improvement are essential for success

Qualifications

• Knowledge/ experience in international accounting practice in a computerized environment.
• PC literate with good Excel knowledge and exposure to ERP solutions.
• Familiar with IFRS.
• Ability to analyze financial issues.
• Strong analytical, numerical and research skills.
• Good organizational and planning abilities; handle pressure and deadlines.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide budgeting, forecasts, and management reporting for the company.
• Consolidate annual accounts and oversee audits.
• Control budgets and asset management procedures.
• Ensure tax compliance and timely filing.
• Coordinate insurance coverage for assets with Corporate Finance.
• Oversee inventory control, costing and pricing processes.
• Monitor debtors’ collection and aging; advise credit limits.
• Maintain bank reconciliations and cash flow projections.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and timely monthly closing.
