Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Finance professional with CA qualification to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across the business. You will work with management and departments to prepare budgets, consolidate accounts, and ensure IFRS adherence while maintaining strong internal controls.

The role requires 4–5 years post-qualification experience, excellent Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/ experience in international accounting practice in a computerized environment.
• PC literate with good Excel knowledge and exposure to ERP solutions.
• Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Ability to analyze financial issues.
• Strong analytical, numerical and research skills.
• Good organizational and planning abilities under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and advice on all financial matters to management, including budgets, MIS, and reports.
• Liaise with central departments for budgeting and forecasting; consolidate accounts and ensure timely audits.
• Exercise budgetary controls and asset management; monitor purchases and services.
• Ensure tax compliance and timely filing where applicable.
• Coordinate with finance to insure assets against loss and ensure insurance coverage.
• Monitor debtors, aging, credit limits, and provide MIS and exception reporting.
