Job summary

Capital Round AML & Tax Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Financial Accountant for a full-time, on-site role. You will prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, maintain general ledger accuracy, and ensure timely reporting in line with IFRS and local regulations.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank and intercompany accounts, and support tax filings and audits. You will collaborate with consultants and clients to provide insights, assist budgeting, and

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills with IFRS knowledge.
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and related management reports.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decisions.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP systems; strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA/CA is advantageous.
• Experience in audit, tax, or consultancy, preferably UAE or international markets.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and compliance with regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaborative work in fast-paced client environment.
• Must reside in Dubai; available to join immediately; max 2 years UAE work exp.
