Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee daily transport services for team members and guests, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations aligned with service standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in transportation or fleet management within hospitality, strong organisation, and knowledge of UAE traffic regulations. You will manage drivers, schedules, vehicle maintenance, and costs within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transportation or fleet management in hospitality.
• Good knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and transportation requirements.
• Experience managing drivers, vehicle fleets, schedules, and operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day transportation operations and ensure timely services.
• Plan and coordinate transportation schedules based on requirements.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, safe and well-maintained.
• Monitor vehicle usage, routes and schedules.
• Coordinate transportation for team members, guests and business operations.
• Supervise drivers and assign duties; monitor attendance and conduct.
• Ensure UAE traffic law compliance and safety standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections and driver documents.
• Assist with transportation budgeting and cost control.
• Provide transportation for team members between accommodation and workplace.
