ENNISMORE in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a professional to answer incoming and internal calls with a refined, luxury standard. You will provide accurate information about resort facilities, services, events, dining options, and operating hours, while routing requests to the appropriate department.

You will support Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering and other teams, log guest requests, and coordinate VIP services.

Formación

• Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on resort facilities, services, events and hours.
• Log guest requests and follow-ups for timely resolution.
• Fluent English; Russian language is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a 5-star luxury property.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the hotel PBX system and route calls correctly.
• Assist VIPs with personalised services and special requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and polished telephone etiquette.
• Support other departments during peak hours or events.
