Job summary

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort invites applications for a Sports & Recreations team member. In this role you will support guest activities, lead safe recreational sessions, and help deliver memorable experiences across fitness and leisure offerings.

You will work closely with other departments to promote spa and wellness services, ensure equipment safety, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction within a luxury resort setting in Ras Al Khaimah.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recreation.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to assist guests professionally.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures and the ability to respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and participate in or supervise recreational activities.
• Ability to work effectively with other staff members.
• Excellent English; additional languages can be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of recreational equipment and facility maintenance.
