Job summary

Hilton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Assistant Recreation Manager to supervise the Fitness Centre, Spa, pools and recreational facilities, delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will recruit, train and lead the recreation team, drive membership and revenue, maintain facilities and ensure Hilton standards including health and safety.

Fluent English, minimum 5 years related experience including 3 in recreation/spa, and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in Recreation, Spa, Fitness or Health Club operations.
• Strong knowledge of recreation, health club and spa operations, including fitness services and spa treatments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English to communicate with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recreation operations: oversee the Fitness Centre, Spa, pools and facilities for smooth daily operations.
• Lead the recreation team: assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching and performance management.
• Enhance guest & member experiences: anticipate needs, build relationships, respond to feedback, develop engaging programs.
• Drive business performance: support membership sales, promotions, marketing initiatives and cost control.
