Job summary

Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is seeking a Luxury Real Estate Executive in Abu Dhabi to manage high-end residential and commercial portfolios. You will prospect, network, and build lasting client relationships, conducting viewings and handling offers with a focus on luxury properties.

Role requires market insight, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with developers, landlords, and investors while meeting team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, especially UAE luxury market.
• Knowledge of Property Management and Facility Management (FM).
• Finance concepts including investment returns, payment plans, and mortgages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, target-driven with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present/ negotiate offers.
• Prepare and manage transaction documentation end-to-end.
• Collaborate with developers, landlords, and investors; maintain CRM records.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new projects.
• Work with internal PSI teams to optimize listings and meet sales targets in luxury segment.
