Job summary

Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Luxury Real Estate Executive to manage the full sales and leasing cycle for upscale properties.

You will prospect, qualify leads, conduct viewings, advise clients on luxury residential and commercial properties, coordinate with marketing and mortgage teams, and close deals while maintaining up-to-date listings and market reports.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate finance skills to discuss pricing, plans, ROI.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relations with a service mindset.
• Work on-site, manage multiple leads, and keep records using CRM and listing tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.
• Experience in real estate, sales, or customer-focused roles preferred; freshers with strong interpersonal skills welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads for luxury properties.
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on luxury residential/commercial assets.
• Manage full sales and leasing cycle from consultation to closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, listing, leasing, mortgage) for proposals and market reports.
• Build strong client relationships, stay informed on market trends, and represent PSI at meetings and site visits.
