Job summary

Sphere Recruitment is partnering with a UAE-based real estate developer to appoint a Copywriter & Content Specialist. You will shape brand voice, storytelling and content strategy across web, brochures and campaigns.

Working with Marketing, Brand, Sales, Development and senior leadership, you will translate complex property propositions into clear, engaging content that supports launches and drives commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

1-2 years' experience in copywriting, content, editorial or brand communications.
Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality or consumer brands is desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal English.
Strong brand tone of voice and storytelling skills.
Able to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
Portfolio showing high-quality copy and creative thinking.
Commercial awareness of property propositions.
Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

Create compelling content across website, brochures, social media, and campaigns.
Develop property marketing materials and investor-facing materials.
Support brand campaigns and creative concepts.
Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Sales, Development and leadership.
Translate complex real estate propositions into engaging storytelling.
Contribute to project launches and sales campaigns.
Produce PR, media, and internal communications content.
