haus & haus is seeking a seasoned Copywriter to join our Marketing team in Dubai. You will craft on-brand content across social media, website copy, market reports and brochures, keeping every piece clear, credible and unmistakably haus & haus.

Turn data and market insights into investment guides and SEO-led content; manage multiple briefs with a disciplined content calendar; and maintain our tone across channels while staying aligned with Dubai real estate terms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a copywriter or content writer, ideally within real estate, property or investment.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to write everything from punchy social copy to long-form reports.
• Strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to adapt tone across different channels.
• Working knowledge of SEO writing principles and keyword-led content.
• Confidence writing from data, research and market insights.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate terminology and investor considerations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple briefs and stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com is an advantage.
• A portfolio of previous writing work is required.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, on-brand copy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook.
• Write website content, blogs, landing pages, listing descriptions and SEO-led evergreen content.
• Turn market data and research into clear, credible investment guides and market reports.
• Write copy for brochures, presentations, listing collateral and wider marketing materials.
• Maintain a consistent haus & haus tone of voice across every channel.
• Proofread and edit content from across the business.
• Stay on top of Dubai real estate trends and investor sentiment.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines through the content calendar.
