Sphere Recruitment is partnering with a UAE-based real estate developer to appoint a Copywriter & Content Specialist. You will shape brand voice, storytelling and content strategy across web, brochures and campaigns.

Working with Marketing, Brand, Sales, Development and senior leadership, you will translate complex property propositions into clear, engaging content that supports launches and drives commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in copywriting, content, editorial or brand communications.
• Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality or consumer brands is desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal English.
• Strong brand tone of voice and storytelling skills.
• Able to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
• Portfolio showing high-quality copy and creative thinking.
• Commercial awareness of property propositions.
• Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

Sphere recruitment are currently working with a leading UAE-based real estate developer who is looking to appoint an exceptional Copywriter & Content Specialist to join their growing marketing and communications team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded content professional to play a key role in shaping the brand voice, storytelling and content strategy of a high-profile developer and its portfolio of projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating compelling, high-quality content across a wide range of channels, including:

• Website and digital content
• Property and development marketing materials
• Social media campaigns and editorial content
• Brand campaigns and creative concepts
• Project launches and sales campaigns
• Corporate communications and thought leadership
• Brochures, presentations and investor-facing materials
• PR, media and internal communications content

You will work closely with Marketing, Brand, Sales, Development and senior leadership teams to translate complex real estate propositions into clear, engaging and commercially effective storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years' experience in copywriting, content, editorial or brand communications
• Experience within real estate, property, luxury, hospitality or a leading consumer brand is highly desirable
• Exceptional written and verbal English
• Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and storytelling
• Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms
• Experience developing content for major campaigns and project launches
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality copy and creative thinking
• Commercially aware with the ability to understand a property proposition and turn it into compelling content
