Job summary

Property Finder in Dubai is seeking a senior Content/SEO lead to own the content roadmap, scale output with AI, and coach a distributed writing team.

You will design data-driven SEO strategies, manage internal linking, and ensure the UAE's authoritative property content.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on production, data analysis, and stakeholder reporting to drive organic growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SEO/content with leadership of large writer teams.
• Deep LLM experience including RLHF and structured workflows.
• Semantic SEO with entities and topical maps.
• Experience with AI-assisted content and performance measurement.
• SQL, BigQuery, GSC, GA4, or similar tools.
• Strong prioritization and experimentation with A/B tests.
• Storytelling and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and SEO mechanics with data-driven roadmaps.
• Design AI-assisted production workflows with quality gates.
• Lead the writing team and coach writers with feedback.
• Collaborate on visuals, data, and structured content for SEO.
• Maintain internal linking and crawl/indexation fluency.
• Monitor performance and run content A/B tests and report to stakeholders.
