Job summary

Driven Properties is seeking a talented Arabic/English Content Specialist to join our marketing team in a newly created role. You will produce high-quality Arabic content for property listings, brochures, website copy, and campaigns, while also supporting English content workflows across channels.

The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker with excellent English (C1+), a strong portfolio in bilingual content, and the ability to adapt tone across formats from social media to formal

Job description

We are looking for a talented Arabic/English Content Specialist to join our marketing team in a newly created role. You will be responsible for producing high-quality Arabic content across our marketing channels, while also supporting our broader content workflow in English. Strong written English is just as important as native-level Arabic for this role, given the volume of English content support it involves; this is not a purely Arabic-focused position.

• Write, edit, and localise Arabic content for property listings, brochures, website copy, email campaigns, and social media
• Adapt and trans-create English marketing material into natural, culturally relevant Arabic; not literal translation
• Write and edit English content; social captions, listing descriptions, newsletters, internal communications, and other requests and supporting the wider marketing team
• Maintain consistent tone, terminology, and brand voice across both languages
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams on campaigns and property launches
• Proofread and quality-check content in both Arabic and English prior to publication
• Help manage the content calendar and prioritise incoming requests from other departments

Required

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken (C1 level or above)
• essential, not optional, given how much English writing this role involves
• Native Arabic speaker
• 2-5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, or a similar creative role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range and creativity in both languages - not limited to translation work
• Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English
• Ability to adapt tone and style across formats (marketing, social, formal communications)
• Comfortable managing multiple, often shifting priorities day to day

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, property marketing, or a related industry
• Familiarity with the UAE real estate market and terminology
• Experience with CMS platforms, design tools, or social media scheduling tools
• Social media management experience
