Job summary

ITP Media Group's Luxury Division is seeking a Production Coordinator / Junior Producer to support editorial, commercial and branded shoots across major fashion titles in the region. The role is hands-on, requires strong organization, calm under pressure and a keen interest in fashion, luxury and media production.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in magazine or media production preferred.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with ability to anticipate production needs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with cost sheets and reconciliations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Producers across editorial, commercial and branded content productions.
• Assist shoot preparation: crew coordination, talent, props, equipment, catering, transport, logistics.
• Provide on-set support to ensure schedules, crew, talent, suppliers and equipment run smoothly.
• Independently manage smaller-scale shoots, including still-life, studio and Inside Stories productions.
• Prepare and circulate call sheets with accurate details and timely distribution.
• Assist with location recces, access, permits, timings and planning.
• Support invoice reconciliation and cost tracking for productions.
• Maintain cost-sheet records and assist with budget tracking.
