Job summary

Sarood Hospitality, a Dubai-born luxury hospitality group, is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead daily outlet operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue through service excellence.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, bring 5+ years in luxury F&B operations with leadership responsibilities, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, superb communication, and the ability to mentor high‑performing teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hospitality environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while upholding service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring guest experiences and service excellence.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction through operational and financial management.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and uphold luxury standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, inventory and cost controls to meet business objectives.
• Build relationships with guests and stakeholders to enhance the outlet's reputation and results.
