Job summary

Jumeirah in the UAE seeks an Assistant Outlet Manager for Al Samar at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam Madinat Jumeirah, starting October 2026. You will help manage outlet operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance in a luxury environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality, a relevant hotel/F&B degree, and strong leadership abilities to coach a high-performing team while maintaining top standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience within hospitality or F&B, preferably luxury.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling, inventory and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team development skills with ability to coach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and compliance with procedures.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by engaging guests, addressing feedback, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Assist in managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and revenue optimization.
• Lead, coach and develop team members through training and workforce planning.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene and brand presentation.
• Collaborate with management to drive business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
