Job summary

HRsource is recruiting for a Client Experience Manager for a prestigious Fine Jewellery Maison in Abu Dhabi. The role is the face of the boutique, delivering luxury hospitality and creating lasting client impressions for UHNW and VIP guests.

You will oversee the client journey from arrival to departure, coordinate VIP experiences, and work closely with Boutique Management to ensure impeccable service standards across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery or watches is highly desirable.
• Experience in ultra-luxury hospitality, private aviation, concierge or premium lifestyle brands will also be considered.
• Proven experience working with VIP and high-net-worth clientele.
• Strong background in luxury client service and relationship management.
• Experience coordinating appointments and delivering personalised experiences.
• International exposure within luxury environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised welcome to every client entering the boutique.
• Coordinate boutique appointments and VIP experiences with Boutique Management.
• Oversee the client arrival journey and ensure every detail of the boutique experience is flawlessly executed.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times while engaging with a diverse clientele.
• Support boutique events, private viewings and bespoke experiences as required.
• Foster long-term loyalty by building genuine relationships and exceptional hospitality.
