Job summary

Cara Jewellers FZCO is seeking a marketing professional to support integrated campaigns across digital retail, CRM, social media, PR and partnerships. You will coordinate timelines, assets, content production and approvals with internal teams and external agencies.

The role requires 2–4 years in marketing or related fields, with luxury retail experience preferred. You will collaborate with Retail, E-Commerce, CRM, CX, Product and Operations to drive brand initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or a related field.
• Luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium brands experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content production, social media, and events.
• Understanding of CRM, email, and digital marketing.
• Strong organisational, communication and project management skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for consumer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital retail CRM, social media, PR and partnerships.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, content production and approvals with internal teams and external agencies.
• Support social media, website, CRM, email and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate photography, videography, events, activations, product launches and partnership initiatives.
• Manage marketing calendars, suppliers, materials and project timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and support reporting and market insights.
• Work closely with Retail, E-Commerce, CRM, CX, Product and Operations teams.
