You will manage reservations, guide guests to tables, loungers, or cabanas and support smooth operations while upholding luxury service standards and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience in a luxury hotel, beach club, or upscale F&B environment.
• Warm personality, professional demeanor, and immaculate grooming suitable for a luxury pool/beach setting.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond to a diverse international clientele.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain composed and service-focused in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort to tables, loungers, or cabanas per outlet standards.
• Coordinate seating with the service team to optimize guest flow.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists with accurate guest data.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries per SOPs.
• Maintain and update the reservation log/book during service periods.
• Provide menus and outlet information, highlighting offerings.
• Communicate guest arrivals and VIP information to the service team.
• Keep hostess desk and reception area organized and prepared.
