Job summary

Raffles The Palm Dubai invites applications for the position of Steward. Reporting to the Chief Steward, you will maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, wash and store utensils, and ensure stewarding areas are clean, organized and well maintained.

The role supports the kitchen team, requires reliability and teamwork, and adherence to hygiene standards to uphold the Raffles luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badges.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor, Assistant Chief Steward and Chief Steward.
• Clean and maintain hygiene standards in stewarding areas and handle kitchen equipment safely.
• Clean and wash dishes, utensils and kitchen items per hygiene standards.
• Assist in keeping all stewarding areas organized, tidy and well maintained.
