Job summary

Chaumet in the Middle East seeks a luxury jewelry sales ambassador to welcome clients with a warm, premium Chaumet experience. You will actively drive sales, build a high-value client portfolio, and invite clients to exclusive events while maintaining impeccable store presentation.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic and Russian language skills are a plus. You will work within a Chaumet boutique in a high-end environment under LVMH's prestigious brand umbrella.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum of professional experience in a commercial function, ideally luxury/jewelry.
• Commercial spirit with a goal-driven mindset and strong sales attitude.
• Passion for the jewelry sector and Maison Chaumet.
• Empathy, good listening skills and personable demeanour.
• Business acumen, storytelling skills, and excellent written/oral expression.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Russian is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Represent Chaumet as ambassador to clients in the Middle East.
• Drive sales by offering a warm, luxurious Chaumet experience.
• Develop and maintain a client portfolio; participate in events.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and reporting.
• Contribute to customer database and after-sales follow-up.
