Job summary

Chaumet in Dubai seeks a dynamic ambassador to welcome clients with the Maison’s luxury standard, guiding them through a curated selection of jewellery and creating a memorable Chaumet experience.

You will build and maintain a strong client portfolio, target VIP clients, and participate in events to expand the customer base while supporting flawless store operations in a luxury Dubai boutique.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years minimum of professional, progressive experience in retail/sales
• Experience in luxury or jewellery industry preferred
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Strong commercial acumen and storytelling skills
• Excellent written and oral communication

Responsibilities

• Be the Ambassador of the Maison to clients, delivering Chaumet's heritage and luxury experience
• Drive boutique sales and develop a client portfolio, including VIP clients
• Support store operations, inventory control, clienteling events, and reporting
