Job summary

Chaumet is seeking a client-focused ambassador for its Abu Dhabi boutique. You will welcome clients with a warm, luxurious Chaumet Experience, guide them through the purchasing journey, and build a high-value client portfolio.

You will also drive commercial results while contributing to store operations, events, and after-sales support in a dynamic luxury environment. The role requires a passion for jewelry, strong communication, and the ability to create emotional client journeys.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum of professional experience in a commercial function, ideally luxury/jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Represent Chaumet as an ambassador to clients with luxury service.
• Contribute to boutique development by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing ones.
• Ensure flawless store operations, stock management, and adherence to security guidelines.
• Participate in events, meetings, reporting, and client feedback analysis.
• Assist in visual merchandising and after-sales activities.
