Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Luxury Client Advisor for a premium jewellery environment in the UAE. You will deliver a premium in-store experience, build strong client relationships, and support sales across luxury jewellery collections.

The role focuses on personalized service, product storytelling, and end-to-end client journeys—from welcome to purchase—while maintaining showroom standards and brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, jewellery, watches, fashion or luxury customer service.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Polished, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable handling POS transactions, payments and invoicing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in jewellery or luxury watches is an advantage.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with a personalized and professional service approach.
• Present luxury jewellery collections, product features, and brand stories.
• Understand client preferences and recommend suitable products.
• Manage the full customer journey from initial interaction through purchase.
• Handle POS transactions, payments, and invoicing accurately.
• Manage client appointments and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and inventory records.
• Support stock counts and ensure proper handling of high-value products.
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and brand image.
• Support upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business through strong client relationships.
• Follow all security, cash-handling, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with the wider retail team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
