Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in residential interior design, luxury furniture retail, or premium home interiors (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe design software, and MS Office.
• Strong design presentation skills and knowledge of furniture layouts, color coordination, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills; consultative selling ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design solutions aligned with customer preferences, lifestyles and budgets.
• Prepare and present design concepts, furniture layouts, and product recommendations.
• Conduct client consultations, showroom appointments and home visits to understand requirements.
• Recommend furniture and accessories while contributing to showroom sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout design process.
• Manage design deliverables and project schedules to ensure on-time presentations.
• Coordinate with showroom, sales and logistics teams for a seamless experience.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, colours, materials and luxury collections.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate brand quality and features.
• Support showroom visual merchandising and seasonal launches.
