Job summary

Tiffany & Co in Dubai, UAE is seeking an HR Advisor to join the Middle East & Africa Business. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support HR initiatives across recruitment, performance management, compensation and employee relations, partnering with client groups to drive strategic HR objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in employee relations and recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with management and employees; act as first HR contact for client groups.
• Proactively source and recruit across MEA; manage full 360 recruitment process from brief to onboarding.
• Partner with HR Manager on employee relations issues and policy interpretation.
• Handle HR administration: new hire paperwork, contracts, payroll data, and monthly reporting.
