The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Sales Manager - Hotel Business Development. Based at the DIFC property off Sheikh Zayed Road, the role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships, securing new business, and achieving revenue objectives.

You will combine direct hotel sales with account development, market analysis, and coordination with internal and external channels to ensure seamless service delivery and timely turnover to operations.

Competenze

• 2-year degree with 3 years of sales/marketing or related experience.
• OR 4-year degree with 1 year of sales/marketing or related experience.

• Proactively solicit and manage hotel sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned personal sales goals.
• Develop new business that contributes to property revenue targets.
• Build long-term, value-based relationships with customers.
