Kerzner International at One&Only One Za’abeel seeks a detail-oriented Assistant Receiving to manage PO verification, GRNs, and accurate ERP posting, while coordinating with Cost Control and Finance teams.

The role requires 2+ years in receiving or luxury hotel finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to ensure high standards of guest experience through precise operations. Based in Dubai, the position offers a full-time, on-site role with opportunities to support a premier resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving or finance within luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Verify PO exists before receiving goods and compare with deliveries (PO, goods, price).
• Raise and manage GRNs; ensure accurate ERP entries and posting.
• Reconcile invoices with POs and submit to Finance with supporting docs.
• Obtain credit notes and track returns and credits with suppliers.
• Inform relevant departments when goods are received and ready for collection.
• Monitor perishable goods handling and ensure proper storage or transfer to departments.
