Kerzner International's One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai seeks a Guest Experience Manager to lead the Guest Relations team and ensure a seamless, personalized guest journey across all touchpoints.

You will develop training, manage guest feedback, coordinate with Front Office and Concierge, and uphold brand standards while mentoring the Host Department to deliver We create Joy consistently.

Formación

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Natural leadership and management abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest relations management role in a luxury hotel.
• Detailed oriented with a strong eye for details.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, MS Office, ALICE, SAGA, Micros.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Host assignments daily and ensure standards.
• Supervise the One welcome experience and VIP preparations.
• Oversee guest room readiness and welcome amenities.
• Lead the Guest Relations team to deliver personalized service.
• Develop and implement training programs for the Host Department.
• Manage guest feedback and elevate service levels across touchpoints.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Services, and Chief Concierge.
