Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a F&B Host/Hostess to join the resort’s Food & Beverage team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide accurate information on hours, dress code, menus, and venue policies.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of luxury hospitality experience, fluent English and another language, and strong customer service and communication skills. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Fluent English and another language as per guest demographics.
• Experience in host/hostess or front-of-house roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly according to service standards.
• Manage reservations with the restaurant system and respond to inquiries.
• Record guest details, dietary needs, seating preferences, and occasions.
• Coordinate with management and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide information on hours, dress code, and venue policies.
