Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to assist in the preparation and service of food, and to maintain mise en place for outlets as required. You will follow food safety guidelines and keep working areas clean to ensure high hospitality standards.

The role also involves assisting with events and banquets, while adhering to health, safety, and grooming regulations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Assist in the preparation and service of food and mise en place for outlets.
• Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests.
• Continually look for opportunities to recommend improvements and additions to the Anantara presentation guidelines.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy to maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Maintain basic food safety and sanitation practices, including dating and proper storage.
• Take responsibility for looking after hotel property, equipment and facilities; assist with events and banquets as required.
• Adhere to all personal hygiene and grooming standards, fire safety rules, and health and safety regulations.
