Job summary

Anantara Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara is seeking an A/C Technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across the property. You’ll ensure guests experience a safe, comfortable environment while complying with safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance of VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, coil cleaning, refrigerant handling, and documenting activities. Shift work and emergencies are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, HVAC or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV, AHUs and FCUs.
• Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental regulations and refrigerant handling.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, service, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs and related equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, repairs and parts replacement.
• Coordinate with Engineering team to ensure availability of spare parts and tools.
