Job summary

Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara is seeking an A/C Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across the hotel. The role ensures efficient, safe operation of cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment in guest rooms and public areas.

The ideal candidate has HVAC certification or diploma and at least 1 year of hotel/hospitality maintenance experience, with VRF/VRV and AHU/FCU familiarity.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in hotel/resort.
• Knowledge of VRF/VRV, AHUs and FCUs.
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and manuals.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental regulations and refrigerant handling.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems hotel-wide.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to reduce downtime.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency HVAC breakdowns.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance and parts.
