Job summary

Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara is seeking an A/C Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems across the hotel, ensuring guest comfort and safety. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and cooperate with the Engineering team to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certificates, familiarity with VRF/VRV and AHUs, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in HVAC or related field from a recognized technical institute.
• Experience with HVAC systems, ventilation, and refrigeration in hospitality environments preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, service, and repair HVAC systems across the hotel.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, and related equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Respond to guest and hotel maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and parts replacements.
