Job summary

Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara is seeking an A/C Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems across the hotel. You will ensure HVAC efficiency, safety compliance, and guest comfort in a luxury setting.

The role requires reading technical drawings, knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs and a willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or HVAC.
• Experience with hotel, resort or large facilities is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair HVAC systems throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VRF/VRV, AHUs and FCUs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimize downtime.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain records of inspections and repairs.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure parts availability.
