Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and manage seating arrangements
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Answer calls and manage reservations and tables
• Ensure courteous and efficient service and guest satisfaction
• Assist with restaurant presentation, labeling and signage
• Escort guests to dining or bar areas and maintain a clean reception area
• Handle guest queries and concerns professionally and report to supervisor
