Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Dubai seeks a courteous host/server to welcome guests and deliver exceptional dining service as part of a luxury team. You will manage reservations, coordinate table setups and maintain spotless dining areas.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in Food & Beverage, familiarity with restaurant POS systems and strong communication skills. Luxury hotel experience is a plus, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous experience in Food & Beverage.
• Experience in luxury hotels is an asset.
• Ability to operate restaurant computer systems.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during dining with a team of servers
• Manage host stand, review reservations and arrange table setup
• Ensure dining rooms are clean and tables are properly set before opening
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients and restaurant information
