Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Ltd seeks a guest-focused Host to join our dining team at the Dubai location. You will welcome guests and work with servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences with polished, discreet service.

Responsibilities include managing the host stand, reviewing reservations, and ensuring table readiness while developing knowledge of our menus. Prior luxury hotel experience is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet, luxury hotels considered an asset.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during dining in collaboration with servers.
• Manage the host stand, review reservations, and advise on table setup.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of dining areas and tables before service.
• Develop working knowledge of menus and restaurant information.
