The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in a luxury hotel (500+ keys), strong communication, active listening, and flexibility to work shifts.

You will ensure menu knowledge, follow safety policies, and support the manager to achieve high guest-satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a large luxury hotel (500+ keys) required.
• Proven work experience as an Outlet Supervisor.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Supervise the F&B Outlet team and ensure standards.
• Upsell and follow budget guidelines to maximize revenue.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure knowledge of menus, promotions, and safety policies.
• Follow outlet policies and sanitation requirements.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Other duties as assigned.
