Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Cook to join our culinary team. Based at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, this role supports daily kitchen operations, prepares ingredients, and maintains high standards of food safety and service, reflecting Mandarin Oriental's famed hospitality and guest expectations.

You will work closely with Chef de Partie and colleagues, follow established recipes, and help deliver memorable dining

Qualifications

• Culinary qualification or kitchen training.
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Specialisation in Japanese cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen team in preparation and production of menu items.
• Prepare ingredients and mise-en-place according to recipes.
• Assist in à la carte food preparation as required.
• Ensure workstations are organized and stocked for service.
• Follow recipes and quality standards reflecting Mandarin Oriental.
