Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.
• Outstanding grooming and a joyful personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills; experience managing a team of hosts/hostesses.
• English fluency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the restaurant and seat them promptly.
• Answer phone calls and assist with room setup per Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain a station chart and assist with guest preferences and counts.
