Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a guest-focused Host/Hostess to greet guests, seat them promptly, and manage the hostess stand with accuracy. You will answer calls, coordinate seating arrangements and maintain room flow to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in luxury hotels, outstanding grooming, and strong English communication. Knowledge of MICROS/OpenTable is a plus, and additional languages are valuable in our diverse guest mix.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.
• Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience managing a team of host/esses.
• Knowledge of MICROS preferred, OpenTable and others.
• Excellent communication skill and fluency in English and other languages such as Italian, Spanish will be an advantage.

What You Will Do

• Welcome the guests at the restaurant.
• Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.
• Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.

What You Bring

• 1-2 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.
• Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience managing a team of host/esses.
• Knowledge of MICROS preferred, OpenTable and others.
