Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm is seeking a friendly Hostess for Imperial Services to be the first point of contact with guests, greet arrivals, inform them of wait times, and manage the waiting list with poise in a luxury setting.

You will guide guests to their tables, bid guests farewell, and collaborate with a dynamic team. The successful candidate will receive formal training, leadership support, and access to extensive Kerzner career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation are essential.
• Experience in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environments is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.
